Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will greet and assist customers, understand and meet their needs by sharing product knowledge, and engage in suggestive selling. You will promote store events, resolve customer concerns, and communicate needs to management. Team collaboration to achieve store objectives is essential. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, having good communication skills, and being open to learning technology. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and can include working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
