Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, greeting customers, assessing needs, providing product knowledge, and directing them to merchandise. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions at the register, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, restocking and organizing merchandise, and collaborating with the team to achieve store goals. Must be able to operate a cash register, lift up to 25 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Emphasizes a positive customer experience and efficient checkout while maintaining store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule

- Able to handle customer interactions and potentially issues professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
