Job Summary
Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Mattoon, IL to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, assessing needs, suggesting products, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer issues, communicating needs to management, and collaborating with the team to achieve store goals. Daily tasks involve operating the cash register, handling merchandise and stock, restocking shelves, and assisting customers on the sales floor. The role requires strong communication, comfort with technology, the ability to learn on-the-job, and a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
