Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Five Below, you will greet and assist customers promptly, providing a high level of service while handling multiple customer interactions efficiently. Responsibilities include understanding and meeting customer needs, engaging in suggestive selling, promoting store events, resolving customer concerns, and supporting team goals. You must be at least 16 years old, available for a flexible work schedule, and willing to learn technology such as cash registers. The role involves frequent operation of a cash register, moving merchandise up to 25 lbs, and effective communication with both customers and team members.
