Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales through greeting customers, understanding needs, product knowledge, suggesting additional items, promoting store events, resolving concerns by offering alternatives, communicating merchandise needs to management, and collaborating with the team to meet store objectives. Requires basic cash-register operation, merchandise stocking, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and flexible scheduling including weekends and possible overnight shifts; emphasis on friendly, professional customer interactions and a positive store experience. Includes awareness of fraud prevention and adherence to equal opportunity employment practices.
Required Qualifications

- Available to work a flexible schedule
