Sales Associate

Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for greeting customers, assisting, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales through suggestive selling. Responsibilities include assisting customers promptly, directing them to merchandise, informing them about store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns with courteous, professional service, communicating merchandise needs to management, supporting team and company goals, and maintaining organized merchandise and a well-stocked sales floor. Must be able to operate a cash register, handle transactions at the point of sale, and be flexible with scheduling (including day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts). Basic information-gathering and problem-solving skills, plus on-the-job training, are emphasized as part of daily duties.
