Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate at Five Below focused on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding needs, product knowledge sharing, suggestive selling, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, communicating needs to management, and supporting team and company goals. The role requires lifting/moving merchandise up to 25 lbs, frequent movement on the sales floor and stockroom, ladder usage to retrieve stock, flexibility to work day/evening/weekends and travel as needed, and comfort with learning technology and on-the-job procedures. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
