Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for greeting customers, understanding needs, suggesting products, promoting store events, resolving customer concerns, and communicating restock needs to management. Requires ability to operate a cash register, assist with merchandise placement and stocking, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Candidate should provide excellent customer service, be comfortable with basic technology, and be able to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends, with potential overnight shifts and travel as required. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule

- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
