Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, greeting and assisting customers, suggesting merchandise, handling transactions at the register, restocking and organizing merchandise, and communicating customer needs to management. Requires strong communication, adaptability to a flexible schedule, basic proficiency with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices), ability to learn procedures on-the-job, and a willingness to assist across store functions to maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor and positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
