Sales Associate

Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling. Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, informing customers about promotions, resolving issues to turn returns into exchanges, communicating inventory and service needs to management, and supporting team and store objectives. Essential duties include operating the cash register, handling transactions, stocking and merchandise organization, stocking stockroom areas, and maintaining a ready-to-serve floor. Requires flexible hours including day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts; comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices); strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be at least 16 years old and able to learn procedures through on-the-job training.
