Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Five Below, you will greet and assist customers, understand and meet their needs with product knowledge, and promote ongoing store events and promotions. You'll address customer concerns, communicate needs to management, and support store and company goals through collaboration. The role requires a flexible schedule, as it includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. You should be comfortable using technology and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
