Sales Associate

Part-time Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for greeting customers, promptly assisting, understanding customer needs, and directing them to merchandise. Responsibilities include engaging in suggestive selling, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, communicating needs to management, and supporting team and company goals. Essential duties include operating the cash register, stocking and tidying merchandise, inventory restocking, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. Requires able to learn and use technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices), strong communication, ability to move up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel.
