Job Summary
Greet clients, assist with wellness services, and handle phone inquiries including voicemails and booking/scheduling changes. Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system. Conduct tours to sell service packages and memberships while educating guests on medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care. Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment. Represent the brand by embodying core values and fostering an engaging store culture. This role requires weekend availability and customer service experience, with opportunities to work toward a degree in kinesiology or exercise science.
Required Qualifications
- You're passionate about health and wellness
- You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Working weekends doesn't bum you out
- Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
- You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
