Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide assistance and direction while maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms. Identify and evaluate customer needs to make product recommendations, promote CLUB membership and IN Store Pick up programs, and ensure 4473 Forms are completed accurately. Organize and maintain Merchandise within the retail Store, replenish shelves per guidelines, and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing. Assist with Seasonal Floor merchandise moves and keep work areas clean and stocked. Perform these duties while standing or walking constantly and lifting objects up to 100 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
