Job Summary
Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining counter sales and customer service for firearms along with floor and counter sales of hunting merchandise. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products, promoting programs (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup), ensuring 4473 forms are completed accurately, demonstrating products, maintaining organized merchandise, staying knowledgeable on firearms and ammunition, staying informed on advertised sales, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, product expertise, merchandising, and compliance with regulations in a part-time, in-store capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge, Skills, AND ABILITY: Knowledge and Experience Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
- GCA
