Job Summary
Guide customers to make style a source of creative energy by establishing long-term client relationships both in-store and online. Circulate the sales floor to determine needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Drive sales through in-store and online clients while embracing technology proficiency. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including leveraging the store's fulfillment system and adhering to "Do It Right" Asset Protection Standards for secure show cases and merchandise. Requires flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position with performance and referral bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
