Job Summary
Guide customers through in-store and online channels to cultivate long-term relationships and drive sales. Circulate the sales floor to determine needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Deliver operational excellence by following "Do It Right" Asset Protection Standards, maintaining secure showcases, and adhering to merchandise standards. Participate in merchandising requirements while leveraging the store's fulfillment system. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and other technology. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
