Job Summary
Bloomingdale’s Fine Jewelry Sales Professional guides and inspires customers to express personal style, builds long-term client relationships in-store and online, circulates the sales floor, communicates benefits of loyalty programs, and supports the shopping experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include delivering the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through conversation, leveraging technology, participating in merchandising and operational requirements, following Asset Protection Standards, and ensuring secure show cases and merchandise. The role emphasizes in-store and online sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
