Job Summary
Sales Associate delivering the FAO Schwarz brand to guests with care and excitement across the sales floor, handling cash wrap and POS transactions, maintaining store layout and planograms, assisting with stock replenishment, and leveraging product knowledge to connect with guests. Responsibilities include engaging guests, building rapport, guiding item discovery based on guest needs, and supporting merchandising and stock tasks in a fast-paced premium retail environment. Requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends. Minimum 1+ year experience in a premium retail or experience-based setting preferred.
