Sales Associate

Sales Associate position responsible for interacting professionally with customers, building relationships, promoting the Living Brand, and serving as a product brand advocate. Key duties include meeting store culture expectations, executing approved accounting procedures, operating store equipment, maintaining safety, appearance and merchandising standards, assisting Store Manager with recruiting quality applicants, ensuring store security and safety, maximizing sales and gross profit through effective merchandising and product availability, and performing other duties as assigned. Essential skills include strong customer orientation, situational awareness, time management, multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, problem solving, basic math/computer proficiency, and fluency in English. Position requires the ability to travel between multiple locations, flexible shifts, and physical stamina for long shifts; candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation. Nonessential experience or education includes 2-4 year college degree and prior retail experience. Reports to Store Manager.
