Sales Associate

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model. Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, determine resolution or escalate further to Store Management, and drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits. Assist with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise according to company SOPs. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers. This role supports the Express and Bonobos brands at Denver Premium Outlets, where customers experience modern, confident, and effortless style.
