Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room while stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Deliver a great customer experience by processing transactions quickly, resolving service issues, and driving credit and loyalty member programs. Follow company policies to ensure safety and assist with product launch changes according to SOPs. This role requires proficiency in technology and availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Located at Natick Mall, the position supports Express's design philosophy of modern, confident, and effortless style.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
