Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model. Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, communicating resolutions to Store Management. Assist with product launch changes, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. This role supports the Express and Bonobos brands at the Harlem Irving location, offering a pay range of $15.40 - $22.20 per hour. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, while part-time staff gain access to individual insurance and merchandise discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
