Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while resolving customer service issues and escalating them to Store Management. Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model by explaining credit and loyalty member program benefits and assisting with product launch changes. Stock, clean, and fold merchandise to support the in-store shopping experience. This role is located at Daytona Beach Outlets for PHOENIX Retail, LLC, which operates Express and Bonobos brands. Full-time associates receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, while part-time roles are supported by LIG Solutions for insurance and eligibility for paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
- PHOENIX only hires individuals authorized for employment in the United States

- Previous retail experience preferred
