Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model. Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, communicating resolutions to Store Management. Assist with product launch changes, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise according to company policies. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. This role supports the Express and Bonobos brands at the Gloucester Premium location, requiring proficiency in technology and availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Previous retail experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

Desired Qualifications
