Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while positively resolving customer service issues and escalating them to Store Management. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. Assist with product launch changes, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Follow company policies to ensure the safety of all associates and customers. This role requires proficiency with technology including iPads and registers, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Located in Riverhead, this position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $22.75.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

- Previous retail experience preferred
