Sales Associate

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Process transactions quickly and accurately while delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model. Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise, communicating resolutions to Store Management. Assist with product launch changes, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. This role supports the Express and Bonobos brands at the Triangle Town Center location. Full-time and part-time positions are available for candidates proficient in technology and authorized to work in the United States.
