Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Process transactions quickly and accurately while resolving customer service issues and escalating them to Store Management. Deliver on the customer experience model by driving credit and loyalty programs and assisting with product launch changes. Stock merchandise, clean, and fold items to support daily operations. This role requires proficiency with technology, availability for nights and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Located at Algonquin Commons, the position supports Express's design philosophy of modern, confident style for work, everyday, and special occasions.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Meets physical requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

- Previous retail experience preferred
