Job Summary
Sales Associate role focusing on luxury home technology solutions including home automation, entertainment, lighting and security. Responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, developing new accounts, planning daily activity to call on builders, architects, designers and electricians; submitting and developing orders with quoting tools; generating management reports; monitoring market conditions and pricing; recommending product, service, and policy changes; resolving customer complaints; maintaining professional knowledge through workshops and publications. Requires ability to discuss multi‐hundred thousand dollar solutions, manage a long sales cycle (3–6 months), and establish long-term partnerships with referral sources. Key skills include meeting sales goals, closing, territory management, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, client relationships, and customer service. Located in Vero Beach, FL with in-person responsibilities; luxury sales experience preferred and 2+ years in a technical/high-end sales environment are ideal.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a complex, technical, or high-end sales environment
- Luxury sales experience is a major plus
- Ability to develop orders and manage existing accounts
- Proficiency with software-based quoting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent follow-up and detail orientation
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
