Job Summary
Sales Associate position focused on delivering high-end home technology solutions. Responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, developing new ones, and guiding clients (including Custom Home Builders, Architects, Designers, Electricians) through consultative sales of solutions in the tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Requires the ability to manage a long sales cycle (3-6 months), establish long-term referral partnerships, and maintain active sales funnels. Key duties include planning daily activities to call on outlets and partners, submitting and developing orders using quoting tools, providing regular activity and territory reports, monitoring market pricing and product developments, recommending product and process changes, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining professional knowledge through workshops and networking. Essential skills and qualifications include meeting sales goals, negotiation, territory management, prospecting, presentation and closing skills, client relationships, motivation for sales, product knowledge, and strong communication in English. The role covers West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Stuart, and Port St. Lucie markets, with compensation structured as base salary plus commissions and potential incentives.
Required Qualifications
- College Graduate Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a complex, technical, or high-end sales environment with a proven and verifiable track record of success in closing new deals. Luxury sales experience a major plus
