Job Summary
Conduct daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales activities to market the Erickson lifestyle and influence prospects with strategic messaging. Develop and sustain customer relationships that drive revenue generation while managing CRM database integrity and reports. Perform extensive follow-up and retention programs to increase appointment quality and quantity for prospective residents. This role requires managing a long sales cycle (12–18 months) and includes some Saturdays. Compensation is $24–$26/hour plus monthly commission.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience
- Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months)
- Proven technology skills
- Some Saturdays are required
