Job Summary
Sales Associate at Forge & Build, inside EquipmentShare, responsible for delivering in-store customer service and handling walk-ins, calls, and orders; duties include stocking, merchandising, assisting with unloading merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, building product knowledge, and referring potential leads to outside sales reps; requires strong customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams, plus the ability to upsell, learn the BisTrack system, and adapt to a fast-paced environment; opportunity for career growth within a team-driven, technology-enabled construction materials business.
