Job Summary
Join EQ3’s Retail Team as a Sales Associate in Brossard (Quartier DIX30). You will greet customers, determine needs, upsell and assist with checkout and payments, reconcile daily sales reports, maintain an appealing storefront, handle returns, support promotions/events, and assist with warehouse tasks like pickups/deliveries and order accuracy. The role requires retail experience, a high school diploma, bilingual English/French communication, POS proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; it emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and supporting store operations in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling in a retail environment
- High school diploma. Post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office)
- A high standard of quality when it comes to customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
- The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in their communication style
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods of time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with the ability to effectively interact in a professional environment.
