Job Summary
Assist with open homes and inspections, support vendors and buyers, and prepare listing and presentation materials. Develop and distribute marketing materials, prepare comparative market analysis (CMAs), and provide property settlement support including pre-settlement checks. Manage databases and handle general administration as required. This role offers on-the-job training with top sales agents for those interested in real estate. Full-time, permanent position with initial training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license
- Certificate IV in Real Estate – or willingness to obtain
