Job Summary
Sales Associate responsible for engaging with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. Respond to leads quickly, answer questions, provide information, and help guide customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include helping customers select vehicles, negotiating terms to fit budgets and lifestyles, closing deals, and transitioning customers to the Service department to support ownership. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, a drive to meet targets, and prior sales or retail experience; in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow up with customers
- In-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
