Sales Associate eCommerce - AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in AutoNation’s no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads promptly, they provide information and help move customers from phone/internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include guiding customers to select vehicles, negotiating terms to meet budgets and lifestyles, closing deals, and transitioning customers to the Service department to support ownership. The role emphasizes strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and leveraging technology to support sales and post-purchase service.
