Sales Associate - East Windsor

Meet membership sales goals and successfully achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. The role includes a varied schedule with weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hourly shifts.
