Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate for BODYBAR Pilates focused on generating new memberships and retaining existing members through sales and customer service. Responsibilities include lead generation, lead management, conversion to memberships, member retention tasks, achieving daily tasks/bookings/sales quotas, participating in community events to promote the studio, logging member bookings, and creating community at the studio through engagement with members before and after class. Requires weekend and some evenings work; must be able to work at East Wichita and Auburn Hills locations; English fluency and strong communication; fitness passion; punctual, professional; comfortable with computers and studio software.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree
- Some college preferred
- Must be able to work mornings, Saturdays & Sundays along with some evenings
- Must be able to work at both the East Wichita and Auburn Hills Bodybar locations
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email
- Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
- Proficient with computers and studio software
