Job Summary
Sales Associate at Boston Logan International Airport provides customer service, operates a cash register, assists customers with product selection, and performs stock-related duties such as receiving freight, shelving, pricing, and inventory reconciliation. Responsibilities include greeting customers, communicating effectively with customers and team, knowing basic store layout, handling cash, following store policies and loss prevention procedures, notifying management of pricing and inventory issues, stocking and replenishing merchandise, assisting in inventory variances, maintaining store cleanliness, and loading/unloading trucks. Requires strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, the ability to lift 40-60 pounds, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; provides a full-time schedule and benefits.
