Job Summary
Greet customers and donors, process merchandise sales and donations, and manage cashiering and bagging operations. Maintain the sales floor appearance by cleaning, organizing racks, and refreshing displays. Assist with donation intake, including receiving items from vehicles, sorting, steaming, pricing, and placing merchandise. Perform store opening and closing procedures, including drawer counts and end-of-day reporting. Provide direction to volunteers and serve as a role model while supporting daily retail resale store operations. Weekend availability is required, with additional needs on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Retail experience working with customers, sales, cashiering and merchandising
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Close vision

- Ability to focus
