Job Summary
Review credit applications for completeness and accuracy, following up on missing documentation. Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to resolve application questions and facilitate timely processing. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients. Escalate service issues to Operations as needed and maintain accurate records in compliance with company procedures. This role requires proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and strong data entry skills within a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with data entry and the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting internal and external customers
- Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
- Previous experience with data entry in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
