Job Summary
Create an in-store and online seamless shopping experience by guiding customers, sharing Loyalty program benefits, and establishing long-term client relationships. Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs while delivering operational excellence through merchandise standards, floor upkeep, and fitting room maintenance. Drive sales proficiency by embracing technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to process transactions and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements while maintaining a welcoming, engaging presence. Requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands of prolonged standing and lifting up to 25lbs.
