Job Summary
Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards while demonstrating strong product knowledge and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. Maintain a guest book to organize and cultivate business, performing proactive follow-up before and after sales and at delivery. Promptly solve guest concerns, improve performance based on feedback, and execute all opening, closing, and systems duties to maintain operational standards. Record hours, respond to communications, and participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings while collaborating with all staff. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with full-time status offering medical, dental, life insurance, and a 401K retirement program.
