Job Summary
Conduct sales-driven customer service and space planning assistance while maximizing transactions and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Maintain a guest book to organize and cultivate business, perform proactive follow-up before, during, and after delivery, and promptly resolve guest concerns. Continually develop selling behaviors using the company model, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and improve performance based on management feedback. Execute all opening and closing duties, manage systems functions, and accurately record hours worked. Collaborate with team members in weekly one-on-ones and meetings, while independently managing time and communications. Achieve monthly sales and productivity standards with a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
