Job Summary
Support end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through order fulfillment by assisting with inbound and outbound communications, managing pipeline activities, and conducting customer meetings and jobsite visits. Process and validate sales documentation including contracts and invoices while gaining exposure to branch operations, logistics, and safety standards. Research local market conditions, track operational metrics, and resolve open customer issues to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Complete required training modules, maintain CRM records, and meet defined development milestones within a 12-month rotational program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel locally for branch and jobsite exposure
- Willingness to relocate as needed for the next role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Construction, equipment rental, or related industry exposure preferred
- Ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals with limited full-time experience, or up to two (2) years of Inside Sales or customer-facing sales experience
