Sales Associate - Delran

Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on benefits while providing an excellent experience through phone answering, appointment setting, and greeting visitors. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events, and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour. The position includes a varied schedule covering weekends, daytime, evening, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
