Job Summary
Guide customers to make style a source of creative energy by establishing long-term client relationships in-store and online. Circulate the sales floor to determine needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through engaging conversation. Drive sales proficiency with technology while participating in merchandising and operational requirements. Maintain secure show cases and merchandise by following "Do It Right" Asset Protection Standards. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands of prolonged standing and lifting up to 25lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
