Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and provide excellent customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Operate point of sale systems, troubleshoot issues at the front desk, and multitask while standing or walking for 6-8 hour shifts. Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and solve problems using logic and support resources. Join a blow-dry-only bar focused on providing high-quality blowouts with opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and membership sales bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
