Job Summary
Conduct blowout services and retail sales while providing excellent customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment. Operate point of sale systems, troubleshoot front desk issues, and multitask with ease during 6-8 hour shifts. Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure while standing or walking for the duration of the day. Weekends (Friday and Saturday): 7AM-8PM; Monday: 7AM-2PM; Wednesday: 2PM-8PM; Thursday: 7AM-2PM. Competitive compensation starting at $15/hour with commission on membership sales, plus free monthly services, ongoing training, and discounts on retail products. Requires 2+ years in a customer service centric environment with a track record of amazing service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Great communicator and detail oriented!
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure at all times!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Weekends (Friday and Saturday): 7AM-8PM
- Monday: 7AM-2PM
- Wednesday: 2PM-8PM
- Thursday: 7AM-2PM
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred, but not required
