Job Summary
Check in clients, host the social atmosphere, and lead them from arrival to departure while ensuring Drybar standards are met. Organize shop flow, troubleshoot reservation system issues, and rebook appointments by name. Serve as a subject matter expert on the booking platform, optimize schedules, and enter client information with accuracy. Engage guests, offer complimentary beverages, educate them on products, and balance cash drawers while maintaining highest ethical standards for payments and tips. Keep the front desk and behind-the-bar areas clean, communicate operations updates to management, and uphold the brand's core values. Work fast-paced shifts standing or walking for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understand the importance of providing amazing customer service
- Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
- Strong communication skills and strong presence
- Self-starter with a leadership mentality
- Pleasant and positive demeanor
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
